The application of classroom and laboratory skills in the clinical environment is a key component of respiratory care education and, as such, clinical preceptors are vital to the successful development of respiratory care practitioners. This panel presentation will discuss the importance of effective clinical preceptors as well as strategies for effective practice. The panel of AARC Recognized Clinical Preceptors will share their experiences with respiratory care students in the clinical environment and best practices for successful rotations. Successful completion of this course requires a score of 70% on the post-test. **Please note that all programs require the participant to view the entire program prior to taking the final quiz and obtaining a course certificate.**
