In this one-hour presentation we will discuss the stress load and mental health burden of our respiratory care providers. We’ll also discover how to manage stress and burnout with practical, easy-to-apply mindfulness techniques. We’ll discuss actionable strategies that you can do at home, in the car, or at the bedside to provide some self-care and mindfulness throughout the day and we’ll discuss straightforward resilience techniques that focus on the reality of the work that you do each and every day.
Successful completion of this course requires a score of 70% on the post-test.
